St. Patrick's Day Chinese

Odd as it may sound, Mum and I went to a Chinese restaurant for lunch on St. Patrick's Day. Being of direct Irish descent, it might be sacrilege for me to eat anything but traditional dishes but both Mum and I hankered for a change:

By the way, the food at Empire Chinese Gourmet Restaurant is excellent. We chose to eat buffet style. They deliver, too!
